Try a FREE TRIAL CLASS or a FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUT 

 

Give us a call and let us know that you would like to give Silver Star CrossFit a try and we will get you set up for a Free trial.  You can also come to our FREE COMMUNITY WORKOUTS on Saturdays.  After trying a CrossFit workout or two, most people are converts: they realize they’ve been wasting a lot of time in the gym, and that CrossFit would get them in the best shape of their lives, fast.

Purchase one of our many MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

 

We offer many membership options to suit the needs of our clients.  We can help you select the option that will help you achieve your ftiness goals and will fit best within your schedule.  Sometimes we are offering special discounts, so ask us about our deals.

Create an Account

 

We ask that you go to our online account management site to create a profile. You will be asked to create a username and password.  Once you are logged in, you will see our class schedule where you can reserve your spot in one of our classes.  

 

If you made a purchase on                                 you will need to bring in the voucher with you on your first visit so we can redeem the voucher at the gym.  Once we redeem the voucher at the gym, we will link the purchase to your online account.

Take 4 Foundations Classes

 

If you are new to CrossFit, you must take our all 4 of our Foundations Classes where we will instruct you on the fundamentals of CrossFit to make you feel more comfortable and ensure your safety.  If you an experienced CrossFitter, let us know and we will allow you to test out.

“Scaling” is a word that you will hear frequently here at Silver Star CrossFit. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for all of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely and with intention. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone.
