PROGRAMS

STANDARD CROSSFIT 

This is our traditional CrossFit Class.  Each class is approximately 1 hour long.  We start off each class with a good warmup and stretching session to prepare you for the day's workout.  We will then spend time on skills training and strength training where your coaches will ensure proper technique and form while performing the movements.  And to finish off the class, we will complete a high intensity WOD (Workout of the Day).   

FOUNDATIONS 

We want to make sure that you receive a proper introduction to CrossFit so we have created the Foundations Class to provide you with a broad overview of the CrossFit ideaology and methodology.  We will also provide detailed instruction on the proper technique of the fundamental movements and exercises used in CrossFit.  Our priority is safety and efficiency in all our movements, so these classes are essential to get the most out of your CrossFit experience.  

CARDIO CROSSFIT

We have created specific programming for those athletes looking for WODs with a greater focus on metabolic conditioning and cardio than on weightlifting.  We will be posting Cardio CrossFit WOD's at the box on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  These are great workouts for both men and women looking to lose a few pounds, or athletes looking to improve their endurance.  These workouts are included as part of your membership.  

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING 

The Silver Star CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting classes are intended for individuals who want to significantly improve their Olympic lifts.  Each class is part of an overall 8 week intensive program coached by a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.  There will be an additional fee for this advanced level of instruction.  

COMPETITION TRAINING 

For those athletes with the goal to compete in CrossFit events, we provide you with the competition specific training necessary to prepare you for this higher level of physical preparedness.  It is expected that these athletes will be committed to a higher level of dedication and focus.  These workouts are included as part of your membership.
